Nicole has been a certified Pilates coach since 2015. Her passion lies in helping women achieve their fitness goals, fostering a healthier, happier lifestyle. She specializes in postural coaching, pelvic floor fitness, rehab coaching and pre/postnatal exercise, aiming to provide a holistic approach to wellness.
With a creative flair and a love for choreography and dance, Nicole's classes offer a unique blend of challenge and joy to enhance the mind-body connection.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Ginger began her journey as a personal trainer and yoga teacher before discovering her passion for Pilates.
She is a comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor through Peak Pilates (U.S.) and is trained across all apparatus. Ginger is also qualified to work with clients with injuries and special conditions, including pre/postnatal women and those with osteoporosis.
Her deep understanding of movement and alignment allows her to create supportive, effective sessions tailored to each individual's needs.
